Jefferson 37, Burton 0: Ezekiel Nunu completed four passes for 177 yards and two touchdowns to lead Jefferson (1-1).
On the first play of the game Nunu launched a long pass to Kyani Harris, who out leaped a Burton defender to pull in the ball and ran it in to the end zone for an 83-yard touchdown.
Nunu hit Jerry Hurtado on a 35-yard touchdown pass and also scored on a 23-yard keeper on the last play of the first half.
Gabe Gutierrez recovered a fumbled snap by the Burton punter in the end zone for a touchdown. Akeem Bryant ran a 37-yard sweep for a touchdown out of the Wildcat formation.
Jefferson held Burton to 33 yards total offense, nine yards rushing.
